The room and facilities were definitely cozy and offered immense privacy; the reception staff were extremely friendly and very pleasant. It’s a place to unwind and relax, with plenty of nearby cafés and mini‑markets. The location is quiet yet still convenient for local shopping. The only downside was the breakfast: it had limited variety and some items were of low quality, which felt below the price we paid.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, and staying in the bungalow feels like being in the middle of a forest, which is very welcoming and relaxing. The bungalow comes with a well‑equipped kitchen. Common areas are clean and well maintained, and the mini‑golf and outdoor pool are highlights. The hotel isn’t in the center of Guimarães, but it takes less than 10 minutes by car. The surroundings are quiet. The only negatives were the short breakfast hours (8‑10 h) and the 11 h checkout time.

The garden area and the room were nice. We were not informed that we needed to leave a note on the door for towel changes and bed making.

The place looked new and clean. The outdoor pool was only for looks and not usable; there was no phone support when I called reception, and the breakfast food was average.
