“Meh”
The front desk staff were friendly, but the place felt a bit grungy. The room was not very clean, the telephone looked disgusting, and half the curtains were just hanging there. There were stains on the bedsheets that were yucky, scum in the tub, and the air conditioning unit was nasty.
We had booked a two‑queen‑bed room but were assigned a king suite. When we went to the desk, they said the rooms were full, but the manager quickly switched us to a two‑bed room.
The staff were polite and friendly. The headboard was off the wall and leaning, the toilet took 3 times to flush for it to go down. The 2nd night the ac unit was blowing hot air. The sink barely had water coming out

Breakfast was good and the room was clean, but there was an off smell as soon as you entered the room. It wasn't unbearable and disappeared after you settled in. It was really weird to pinpoint exactly where it came from.
The staff were okay, yet the room was dirty with ripped bedding skirts that had stains, dirty lamp shades, a dirty bathroom, and everything in the room looked overly used. There were stains under the bed comforter that they tried to cover up, dirty mirrors, an unclean tub, towels with hair on them, and everything else was old and needed replacement, including the curtains. Dust and dirt were everywhere on the floors. For the price I expected better conditions. I would really like a refund of at least 75% for the state of the room. It was very disappointing and I will never stay there again. Outside the building was not kept up either; I had to have them change sheets that looked like they had been slept in when we arrived. The place was overused overall, and I wish I had taken pictures.
