Cleanliness of the room and common area. Complete disaster: the rooms were extremely old, safety limits were breached, the buffet food was always the same and disastrous, the dining staff was unprepared and rude. We were left without an elevator for 4 days (room on the third floor), a situation that was almost unbearable the day before. I will consult my lawyer about extreme measures to seek damages from this property. I advise you to check the facilities you recommend more carefully.
