The food was exquisite, the customer service very pleasant, there was no noise except the ambient music that played only in the main house. The pool was very clean and the dog in the lobby was adorable. Mosquitoes in the area and the path to get there is a very ugly dirt road.

Location, nature, service, and food. Lack of communication with guests, no menu of options and services, they don’t explain that the tour has a cost, for example, no security at the place at night.

Jaime, the staff member, was incredibly friendly, while the room was pretty nice overall, though the mattress wasn’t the most comfortable.

The facilities are gorgeous, the atmosphere is very peaceful, the food is exquisite, and the staff are very attentive. The last 200 metres before reaching the hotel are a bit tricky because of the road conditions.
