“Absolute Empfehlung!”
The staff were very friendly and accommodating! The room was nice, but the real highlight was the Onsen with two outdoor baths and a sauna. A TV with streaming capability would be nice, so foreigners could use it too.
The food was delicious, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly.

“Amazing ryokan experience!”
This was my first ryokan experience ever and it was godly. The staff were extremely helpful with everything regarding Kinosaki Onsen—booking includes an onsen pass that lets you try every active onsen in town, and a shuttle bus service is provided. Both breakfast and dinner were amazing, featuring great traditional Japanese food that only added to the experience. You can rent yokatas for free, and the ryokan itself has a built‑in onsen, perfect for starting or ending your day. I will definitely visit again! Nothing to note otherwise.

A genuine ryokan, a super pretty place with clean and well‑maintained facilities, and it includes access to the 7 onsen of Kinosaki. The onsen inside the property was the most beautiful I visited, with several tubs and toiletries to use. They even have a transportation service. The food was exceptional, authentic Japanese cuisine. I liked that they gave free beer and natural water, as well as free coffee and tea.
