The location is great, close to the beach and the bustling town center with plenty of food options, and the interior is tidy and clean. However, the security staff were unhelpful, didn’t greet us, didn’t assist with luggage, and didn’t let us park our motorbike at the hotel. Overall, the security team’s service was poor and unfriendly.

“Much better hotels to stay in in DaNang. Not worth the price we made.”

The room was clean. When we arrived, it was pouring rain and the staff gave us no umbrella or luggage help; breakfast food was cold and there was no butter for toast. We got to the hotel 15 minutes before check‑in, yet the room was ready on time, which was lucky because many people were also looking for a room. The air‑conditioning stopped working at night and nobody bothered to fix it, and the shower was freezing.

The spot is great, just a few minutes’ walk from My Khe beach and surrounded by many restaurants, cafés and shops. I also liked the pool and rooftop, which offers a nice view. The main drawback was the reception and restaurant service, which could be better. Breakfast was disappointing, and the rooms’ cleanliness left something to be desired, especially with a noticeable stale smell.

Not much, except the staff by the door who helped us with our luggage to the room and also out of the hotel when we checked out. Unfortunately, our stay was a very disappointing experience. When we first arrived, there was a very unpleasant smell, and our room was located right next to the fire exit and stairs, which were packed with unclean bedsheets. This not only looked unhygienic but also raised serious concerns about safety and access to the fire exit. The room itself was not particularly clean, and moth infested. The bedsheets were also stained, which made us uncomfortable from the moment we arrived. The facilities also fell short of expectations. The TV had very limited options, with almost everything only available in Vietnamese. The only service we could access was YouTube, but even that constantly lagged and was difficult to watch. The toilet door handle was faulty and difficult to open, while the shower door would not even close. The shower gel and shampoo dispensers were almost empty, and during our three-night stay, we were only provided with a small bar of hand soap. Unfortunately, the breakfast was another disappointment. While there was a reasonable selection of food, much of it was cold and tasted stale. We also noticed staff handling the food without gloves, which was off-putting. The breakfast area itself was quite small, and tables were not consistently cleared or cleaned before the next guests arrived, which made the dining experience even less pleasant. Overall, the experience was far below what we expected. There were issues with cleanliness, maintenance, hygiene, safety, and the quality of the facilities and breakfast. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would not recommend staying here.
