The food was fresh and tasty, prepared by the host, and the place felt like a real old castle full of original pieces and preserved memories from the past, set in a rural area. It was very quiet, and the host guided us to dinner spots and even made reservations for us. The age of the building caused a few minor inconveniences, but nothing annoying; hygiene was fine and everything worked in the bathroom.

Breakfast was excellent, served in a beautiful setting with fine china, tasty pastries, crepes, and homemade items. The bed was very comfortable, the room was lovely with charming décor, the bathroom was nice, and the white towels were soft. The surroundings were peaceful and the historic buildings were fascinating, making for a wonderful experience. It was hard to leave, and we hope to come back.

The grounds were lovely and scenic, the old chateau was beautiful, and the large room had a table and chairs plus a very comfortable bed. Nothing to complain about.

The site and reception were good. The outside staircase was steep, unlit, and a bit awkward.
