The location was convenient, yet the room’s interior design clearly lacked professional input: the desk was too small in an otherwise large room, leaving no place to sit—no chair, sofa, or even a bed bench. The TV sat atop the minibar, offering no space for other items. The bathroom was huge but sparse, with the toilet positioned in the center where an enclosure could have been placed. The patio featured extremely uncomfortable wooden chairs without cushions.

One of the rooms leaked during the day and it got worse the second night; the only solution offered was to move us in the middle of a storm, which we refused because we didn’t want to get wet, and the hotel’s response was unsatisfactory when I asked for compensation for one night in the second room, as the leak was over a bed, the bathrooms, the floors, etc.

The facilities are very comfortable and the staff very friendly. We stayed in a large, clean, and pleasant chalet.
