I was greeted by a very friendly hotelier who let me into my room well before the official check‑in time, and I didn't encounter any other issues—just a few mosquitoes that slipped through the window, which I suppose could happen anywhere.

I thought breakfast was part of the package, but the place isn't near the city center.

The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff were kind.

The location is convenient for walking around Spoleto, and there's on‑site motorcycle parking. The staff were very friendly and even let me check in two hours early. The breakfast was good.
