The location and breakfast were great, and I have no complaints.

Everything was excellent: close to the center, good breakfast, tidy room and bathroom. The only downside was that the parking could have been cheaper.

The food was tasty with a wide selection, and the staff was fantastic. The only drawback for me was the lack of notice that the underground unguarded parking costs an extra 60 zl per day.

The location is great, right in the heart of Karpacz, the hotel is new, and the staff is helpful. However, cleanliness could be improved; there was a lot of dust, and the shower had a broken soap dispenser.
