I like the hotel, the big problem was making the reservation, receiving confirmation, being charged, and arriving to find no rooms available at 22:00 in a town in interior of Pará! The road is practically impassable at night! And it was raining! The receptionist didn't even try to help me find another stay, told me to fend for myself and that was it.

Clean and well organized, the hotel really kept everything tidy. The downside was the electric shower that kept sputtering and never reached a steady temperature. Still, the spotless rooms made up for the shower issue.

This place is excellent—everything from the decor to the service was top notch. I left feeling satisfied and would definitely return.
The room was big and cozy, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Unfortunately, the Wi‑Fi kept dropping and the cable TV had a lot of static, so streaming was a hassle. Overall, a nice space but the tech left a bit to be desired.
The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the visit feel welcoming. The only snag was a small leak in the bathroom tap that dripped constantly. Still, the good service made up for the minor plumbing problem.
