The location is close to the sea and shops, and parking is hassle‑free. The kitchen had issues: no glasses, no good frying pan, so we bought our own dish soap. There was no hair dryer, and the bathroom tap leaked and siphoned. There were many mosquitoes and no window screen.

The spot is great—just a 10‑minute walk to the sea, and nearby you’ll find all the groceries, cafés, and pharmacies you need. The hosts are friendly and pleasant to talk to.

The location is a bit on the outskirts, but everything like a market is right next to you. The hosts were helpful when we had a problem, and they solved it better. The sea was a bit choppy.

If you want to feel true Georgian hospitality, this is the place! We stayed with kids and friends who also had kids. We booked three rooms: the kids had a room on the second floor with air‑conditioning, we and our friends had rooms without. Every morning and evening we gathered at the common table with the whole house—unless you’re not up for big social gatherings, then pick an apartment. After visiting this guesthouse once, you’ll always want to stay only in such places. The sea is a 3‑minute walk away. There are plenty of shops, a bus stop, and pharmacies nearby.
