The hotel is close to the park and the bed is fairly comfortable. We’ve stayed here many times for our trips to Orlando, but this time the property has deteriorated badly. The rooms are very noisy; if you want a quiet stay, I’d not recommend it. The TV is old and the channels are outdated. We’ll no longer stay here; we prefer the hotel across the street, which is cheaper, offers free parking, feels luxurious and comfortable, and has Netflix.

I stayed close to Universal Studios and SeaWorld, and the area had a mix of restaurants and gift shops on International Drive.

The location was great—so near Universal Studios! But the lobby and elevators had an odor, and the front desk staff could have been more helpful; there wasn’t much communication when we checked in.
