The space, the yard, the kitchen and the location are fantastic. The owner is very pleasant and helpful. The bathroom always has hot water. The house has a big issue with humidity. It smells very bad and during a 4‑hour heavy rain, it had serious leaks from the roof ceiling inside the bedroom. The bed, mattress and pillows were soaking wet and the floor was flooded. The rest of the rooms were okay but with the same smell.
