The spot couldn't be better – right in the city centre, so I was out to the tour meet‑ups and the pedestrian zone in no time. The downside was the noise: three days of cold water and the place is really echoey, you could hear the band in the next beer garden right up to midnight, and whenever the Italian restaurant upstairs moved chairs it rattled down. If you can, grab a room on the right side; those seem quieter and don’t face the beer garden.

The room was filthy – the sheets hadn't even been changed when we arrived. It felt like nobody bothered with basic cleaning.

The host was super friendly even though our English was limited, and he went out of his way to store our luggage while we were away and to point us to a free street parking spot right in front of the room. The flat is in a great spot and offers solid value for the price. On the downside, a few doors keep slamming at night and the room could use a trash bin and a shower mat.

The place is in a fantastic location and the staff are pleasant, the room itself was clean. However, the room is set in the basement with no real window, and the toilet and shower are down the hallway, which felt a bit cramped.
