We have never experienced what we have experienced there. They are chitter and fraud, we have booking in shillong guest house but they denied to provide room there nd told us to go to new shillong guest house.we have booking for two bed two rooms in 1400 rs but after reaching there they denied to provide double bed room in such cost and told us to take single bed room and start misbehaving with us and it was about 1145 PM night so after all bullshitt cancelled our room and afterall given us a double bed single room in 3000 and charged 500 extra for a mattress. So request to don't Book this guest house they are fraud nd used to drink while on reception. Nothing we liked
