“Overall it was giid with some downfalls.”

I liked how close it was to the spots I needed, and the staff were friendly, but one side of the bed had no table, leaving only one of us with space for drinks and phones. The bathtub floor had no antislip even though it was a handicap‑accessible room, and there was no closet. They didn’t ask if we wanted housekeeping each day, and on two of the seven days our room was untouched even though we didn’t request privacy.

“One of the worse stays I have experienced.”

The hallway wasn’t cleaned, the floor in the room stayed dirty for a while, walking barefoot left my feet filthy, the air conditioning was ineffective, and I had to buy an air freshener.

“If it is your only option it will work but you get what you expected.”

The beds weren’t bad, but there are serious repairs needed—large holes in the ceiling pose a safety risk. Breakfast is advertised as hot, yet only cold and dry items were offered; the uncrustables were at room temperature when they should have been warm. We were given a different room than the one we booked and weren’t informed at check‑in.

The room was musty, the carpet had debris, it wasn’t clean, and the bathroom was no better.
