This is the city’s best hotel because it has a –1 floor; the administrator stayed until the late night when the train was delayed; everything in the room is present and clean; next to Gulliver’s Mall and the metro.

The price‑to‑quality ratio is solid, but there was no drinking water at all; the nearest shop isn’t that close, and water isn’t hard to find—keep a supply.

I was shocked to find no bottled water in my room, and the staff never warned me about it or offered a solution. The front desk had no drinking water available, so at 23:45 I had to break curfew or buy an expensive old juice they sell.
