The room was not well maintained and had visible fungus/mold. The bathroom door was being used as the main entrance, which was quite inconvenient. No blanket was provided for sleeping, which was also disappointing. Moreover, the staff’s behavior was extremely unprofessional. They entered the room around 15 minutes before the scheduled check-out time to start cleaning for the next guest, without waiting for us to vacate. The staff was also rude when addressing the situation. Overall, the experience was very disappointing, and the property needs significant improvement in terms of cleanliness, basic amenities, and staff professionalism.
