The place was very clean and new, an excellent spot to rest. We’re still waiting for the deposit refund; they told us it could take up to 5 days, so we’ll have to wait.

The bed was large, the air conditioning worked very well, the shower was hot and the soap was good. Free drinking water was available. Breakfast was included. Breakfast had no eggs, no ham, just rolls, butter and jam. The metro line you have to take is delicate. You can take it and nothing happens, but I can’t guarantee that. The Bronx vibe on the metro line, especially the last stops, is not great. People are not very clean, some are under the influence of illegal substances and the atmosphere is bad. Consider taking an Uber to and from the hotel. One good thing about the metro is that the entrance and exit are close to the hotel.

The location was very close (5 min walk) to the 138 St‑Grand Concourse subway station and thus directly to Manhattan, Grand Central Station. So the location was very good. I only needed a room to sleep, so it was fine. The front‑desk staff were very helpful and friendly. I liked the ample number of charging sockets throughout the room. The bed was fine with a good mattress. In the hotel’s surroundings you should be careful, some shady characters hang around. Breakfast was typical American and not particularly noteworthy, but it was enough for me as a start to the day.
