Good location, 15 minutes on foot to the city center, spacious and clean room. The host was responsive, the coffee maker and water bottles were very appreciated. A small fridge would be missing, the shower needs to be redone, there are missing seals and studs on the various shower heads, so water drips next to them instead of into the heads.

The spot was great for both the upper and lower city, but the basement room was damp, dark, smelly, and poorly insulated, making it feel like sleeping on the street. It had no windows, only wolf‑mouth openings, so fresh air couldn’t circulate. None of these issues were mentioned in the room description. Getting help with the missing access code was tough because the automated system sent me to a voicemail.

The location was convenient and the cleaning staff were friendly, but checking in required the app and there was no front‑desk staff on site. Our room wasn’t cleaned and towels weren’t changed daily. The AC didn’t work, the shower water wasn’t hot enough, and the entry lock was problematic. The single beds were uncomfortable, the room was in the basement (not disclosed), and without an elevator it was hard to haul luggage down.

The room was cute, clean, and spacious, and the keyless check‑in/out was very convenient. The mattress was uncomfortable and the springs were audible in the back. The rooms are in the basement, which didn’t bother me because we stayed briefly, but it might bother others; they’re also not well insulated.
