The hotel itself is stunning and grand—stepping inside feels like entering a royal palace. The swimming pool is huge, spotless, and set amid trees. What really stood out were the staff; from the moment we arrived they treated us like the most important guests in Siem Reap, always smiling and eager to help. Special thanks to Smee, Savam, and Savourn (hope I spelled those right). I’d highly recommend this place, and don’t worry about its distance from the centre— that’s part of its charm. At night it’s peaceful and quiet, so you get a great night’s sleep in a super comfy bed.

The architecture, pool area, and room upgrade were all great, but it’s not that central.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, despite its somewhat remote location. The hotel itself is truly stunning, with beautiful surroundings that make you feel like you're in a paradise. However, getting to the city center can be a bit of a challenge, so it's worth considering this when planning your trip.

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's stunning architecture and the friendly staff's proximity to the city's temples and market. The pool was absolutely fantastic, and the breakfast was perfect. However, the evening restaurant service was a bit of a letdown, as the staff seemed rushed, and the portion sizes were quite small, despite the high prices. On the bright side, there were plenty of dining options available outside the hotel.
