“Delusione totale”
I start by saying that, in my opinion, the services described and promoted by the property should actually be offered, not just listed to attract customers who then find out it’s all different. The location is truly wonderful, postcard‑like landscapes, and overall the property is very pretty, the only flaw is the services. When I arrived, I was shown a room at the very back of the building, and there I thought, okay at least I’ll have more peace, but the room had a strong mothball smell, and I was told that if the dog sleeps on the bed, better put a sheet underneath. We toured the property: the jacuzzi can only be used if you enter without sunscreen, otherwise the filters get dirty and the owner has to clean them, the outdoor bar is very nice and atmospheric but there was nothing of what was shown on social media except water, the massage area where the dog CAN’T ENTER, massage only available the morning after my arrival otherwise the masseur wouldn’t return for the rest of my stay, a beautiful saltwater pool where you can swim with the dog, and I was told that after each swim I must clean it myself with a retino otherwise the filters get clogged. Full of wasps in the garden bushes, many of which died in the pool water. The booking states that for €30 per day you can dine at the property, but instead I was given a list of local restaurants where I could go to eat because, in literal words, “if I wanted to run a restaurant I would open one.” I think they’re trying to lure famous personalities to show amazing poolside aperitifs, massages for the dog, etc., when in reality it’s the opposite. I left the same evening I arrived.
