The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had just been updated. The staff helped me find a spot near my daughter's family, and I could text for an early check‑in for $20. The location suited our needs, though the breakfast was pretty minimal and we chose not to eat it. Outside, the facade was under paint, so parking was briefly blocked by equipment.

The bananas were almost completely brown after two days, and the coffee came in an old‑fashioned thermos that looked like it was from the 1960s. I gave the place an average rating mainly because the disposable dishes were well organized and the female front desk staff was very friendly. I chose this cheap spot for a business trip, thinking I just needed a bed, but the cleanliness was terrible: dust covered the clothes hangers, the window frames, and the shelf above the headboard. I had to wipe everything down myself, and I would not recommend it to anyone I know.
