The staff were very responsive. The parking area was uncovered.

The room turned out larger than I expected and was easy to move around in, and the breakfast was delicious. I can’t think of any real drawbacks.

Having a bike reserved just for guests let me explore wherever I wanted without needing a taxi, and the staff told me about discounted tickets for the hot springs, offered useful tips without being overbearing, and responded instantly when I called about something I’d forgotten – much appreciated.
