The hotel sits on a quiet plot, isolated from the noise of the main road. In the mornings, birds sing. The room is spacious, standard, and airy. Breakfast coffee is offered at the reception from 07 to 10. The air conditioning is cool but a bit noisy. The shower is warm, the bathroom is large, and the beds are very comfortable. Water for drinking comes in glass bottles (I appreciate the eco‑friendly approach) and is refilled daily. Good blackout curtains. A large wardrobe for clothes. The reception staff are helpful and arranged a motorcycle rental for us. We chose a superior room with a garden view, but every morning a loud, noisy duck‑like sound woke me up. The room lacks a towel rack for hanging damp clothes or a wet towel after showering, and the bathroom has no storage for cosmetics. The room has a beautiful balcony, but there’s nothing to sit on. Wi‑Fi didn’t work well in room 206.

The staff were friendly. The bed was too soft, the elevator was dirty, the smell was bad, the bathtub had no cover so soaking was impossible, the internet was terrible, the curtains were damaged, and the pillowcases and sheets were very worn.

The location is good, the room is clean, and the staff are nice. There weren’t many people in the hotel during my stay, but I can see how the walls could be a problem.

We stayed in a Superior Familienzimmer without breakfast for 3 nights, paying 3200 Baht for 2 adults and 1 child. The hotel’s location is great – restaurants, cafés, bars, Walking Street, the Night Market, and Mini‑BigC are all within walking distance. The room and bathroom had been renovated, and overall value for money is acceptable. We would book again if needed. The lobby only offers coffee and tea during limited morning hours, and the cleaning could be a bit more thorough. There is a small outdoor garden area that could be made friendlier with a little effort.

The hotel is centrally located and easy to reach. The family room is beautifully decorated, and the staff cleans the room during the day and refills the emenity in the bathroom, but the sachets are not sufficient and should be replaced with a pump or bottle. The bathroom lacks a toothbrush, toothpaste, a towel rack, and the soap and shampoo should be pump‑type because the sachets are inadequate. The drain is slow, the bathroom floods, and the toilet bowl shows yellow stains from a previous guest.
