The views were amazing and the pool lovely, but the elevator was broken and took a few days to repair, which would be a big problem for anyone with mobility issues.

Hotel Sicilia impresses immediately with its brand‑new, elegant style and tasteful décor. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped. Cleanliness is impeccable, and the staff deserves special mention for being kind, helpful, and always attentive to guests’ needs. The value for a four‑star hotel is very good, especially considering its central location in Enna’s historic heart. The breakfast is decent but falls short of what a four‑star establishment should offer: more variety and a more polished selection would be welcome. Another drawback is the surrounding area: the hotel is very central, yet there is little nearby. The real weak point, however, is the pool. During the stay it was practically unusable because of a large flock of pigeons and the resulting unsanitary conditions of the area and water, a serious issue since the pool could otherwise be a key highlight of the property.

I stayed in a freshly renovated, cozy hotel and the breakfast was really good, especially for a town with interesting sights.

“Disn’t reach the expected experience for a 4star hotel.”

Hotel was comfortable, and the rom was always clean, however balcony was full of pigeon poo. Pool couldnt be used due to pigeon poo, it says free parking when there’s only 2 spaces reserved for the hotel. and the lack of english communication
