The location is great, just a few minutes’ walk from Dover Priory station and by the sea. We got a sea‑view room, which was a bonus. The nightly rate is affordable, so we didn’t expect top‑tier amenities, and overall the hotel met our expectations. The staff were very friendly too. The room could have been cleaner—there were stains on the carpets and curtains. There’s no swimming pool, only a jacuzzi and sauna.

The place and view were good, but I booked a double with sea view and the room I got looked nothing like the photos, was cramped for two people, and lacked the promised fridge. As a Hilton rewards member I was very disappointed.

The spot was great, but the front‑desk crew didn’t help when I’d asked for a bath room beforehand, only telling me it wasn’t available once I arrived. I’m frustrated because I have no bath at home and was hoping for a nice soak after a five‑hour drive.
