It is a beautiful location and looks like the Biltmore house. It’s almost 40 years old and well maintained. A wonder venue. I’ve stayed there for reunions before. Rooms have not been updated. My issues: -one hook in bathroom -no towel racks -you want 2 people to reuse their towel…where do we put it? -2 beds but only one luggage rack -no microwave and no fridge -coffee station needed to be moved to bathroom to plug in -shower pressure lousy and 8 feet high to try and adjust How about some benches? The front desk responded quickly to all complaints. They said hangers in closet. I said 5 hangers for 2 people? My brother’s wet workout clothes were hanging on 2 hangers because there are no hooks in the bathroom 😂😂😂

“Pearl River Hilton = GOAT 🔥”

Everything was spot‑on! Check‑in was a breeze and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean, organized, and super comfortable. I’d love to stay more than one night. The only downside was the standard 11 am checkout; I wish it could be later.

“Lots of money, little sleep”

If you’re after a stylish building with modern bathroom fixtures, this is the spot. But the hotel caters to a party crowd, so expect loud doors slamming and drunk chatter. The AC unit was noisy and kept cycling on at night, making it hard to sleep even with a white noise machine. There was technically a bathtub, but the drain knob had been altered so it couldn’t be closed, forcing the tub to stay filled.
