The room was clean, Wi‑Fi was comfortable, and water and towels were provided, making it a pleasant stay in the HEM area with no noise. The only downside would be that the convenience store is a few minutes’ walk away.

The décor and atmosphere were cozy, the room was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. We arrived in the middle of the night after our bus, and we were lucky to be allowed to check in and pay for an extra night. There is no elevator. Communication was a bit rough, but everything ended up fine.

Good location, nice staff, clean rooms, and a good bed. The lack of a lift means you have to carry large luggage yourself up to the third floor.

A warm welcome and early check‑in. Located on the outskirts of District 1, it was quiet. The bedroom and bathroom were great size with a very comfy bed, so we rested well. The staff helped with same‑day laundry. We would have preferred a room with a window, but since we spent little time in the room to rest, it didn’t matter.

The hostess was incredibly affectionate, friendly, and humorous, making us feel like a whole family at home; the AYA Guesthouse sits tucked away in a quiet alley two corners from the street, and the alley itself offers tasty soup kitchens and an excellent bakery with coffee. We would stay there again anytime.
