“Den centrale beliggenhed kommer med en pris”

The rooms were really cozy, and the bathroom was fine enough. The location is simply excellent! The pictures on the portal are not accurate – everything looks bright and spacious, especially the single loft apartment (1 of 9). Check‑in was weak – “Someone will be on site” meant I had to call the front desk before the door, while traffic noise was loud, and the access code was given with difficulty by a woman who clearly wasn’t sharp with German. The kitchen was Spartan and could have benefited from a range hood, e.g., with activated carbon.

“Ausbaufähig”

The location is sensational – central, with all the pros and cons. The check‑in process was good, and all information was provided in a timely manner. You have to put the price in context, so our rating refers specifically to the price we paid for 2 nights, which was clearly under 200 €. The décor isn’t the most modern, but it does the job. Street noise, especially from the street bar, is very strong in the room even with windows closed. It gets stuffy when it’s warm. Unfortunately, at one point we saw a smoker in our room, and the air smelled stale of old smoke.

“Atención al cliente pésimo”

The location was good. The kitchen was old and the fridge made a lot of noise, so I had to turn it off. The bed was fine but the pillows were very bad. I also needed the invoice for the stay to submit to my company; my colleague got it, but I didn’t after three weeks of asking. Customer service was terrible – no replies and no one physically present during the stay.

“war ok”

I stayed in a centrally located hotel, which was great, but the rooms in the Old Town Pension vary a lot in size; room 5 was noticeably smaller than others, and based on the photos we expected a larger space. The room was very noisy because of the tram and church bells.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, piękny budynek, ciekawa okolica. Dobre miejsce do zwiedzania Poczdamu. Wyposażenie przyzwoite. To co całkowicie zepsuło mi pobyt to brudna, potwornie śmierdząca toaleta. Ewidentnie nie umyta, tylko co najwyżej zalewana środkami, po pierwszym spuszczeniu wody pokazywał się stan ubikacji. Nie był to zapach starej kanalizacji, tylko po prostu ubikacji nie mytej po gościach. Dla mnie absolutnie szokujące w takim miejscu. Brzydzilam się wchodzić do łazienki i z niej korzystać. A w związku z tym zastanawiałam sie, czy inne miejsca w pokoju zostały wystarczająco umyte i posprzątane, tylko może tu nie widać brudu (??) Poza tym jeśli ktoś szuka ciszy to nie jest takie miejsce, słychać tu miasto - za to nie odejmuję punktów, bo to sprawa lokalizacji
