I stayed at this hotel and the location was spot‑on, with staff who were very attentive and professional; the receptionist, a dark‑haired woman with long hair in a ponytail (I can’t recall her name), was especially kind and helped us with everything, and the young waiter at dinner radiated joy and friendliness. The only downside was that, despite requesting sea‑view rooms, I didn’t get one.
