The Guest House is centrally located in the village. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Whether it’s a ferry pickup or breakfast, they really put effort into it. The owner remained very accommodating despite rescheduling requests and organized the boat transfer perfectly and communicated flawlessly. The rooms have everything you need and daily cleaning was offered. Plenty of fresh towels (including beach towels). There’s a nice terrace in front of the rooms. The island itself is highly recommended; it’s clean, well-maintained and offers plenty of shops, restaurants, etc. The value for money is unbeatable. Everything pleased us. However, you should know in advance what kind of holiday you’re getting into and read up accordingly. If you’re bothered by the muezzin calling loudly at half‑five in the morning or freaked out by the missing toilet siphon/odor seal in the bathroom, you should choose a different holiday model.
