They didn’t honor my reservation; I booked a room with a terrace but received a different one instead. I found two cockroaches, one in the bathroom and another in the room; after killing one, I warned them so they could sweep. Everything was terrible, a huge disappointment, I would never return.

The front desk staff were very helpful, but even though I booked in advance, on the day of my reservation they told me no rooms were available.

The private room was comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the kitchen was good. However, there was no service and the Wi‑Fi didn’t work in my room; the shower barely worked, just a trickle, and there was no filtered water for drinking.

The view, the service, and the proximity to the pier were all excellent—everything was fine.

The view was great; the only downside was that it was a big house, the wooden floors creaked when walking, but that was nothing that couldn’t be tolerated.
