My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff were extremely courteous and always ready to help. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed with all modern amenities. The food was delicious with plenty of options, and the facilities like the pool and spa were world-class. Overall, it was a perfect luxury experience, and I would definitely stay here again

Spectacular buildings, like a film set, high in the hills down a long rutted road, Extensive grounds. Not acting like a hotel, staff very unhelpful, despite looking modern, could not take anything but rupees, insisted we provide them before checking in, so offered a taxi to a cashpoint. It took an hour to arrive, with repeated bare face lies about "ten minutes away". Driver of course over charged, and by then dark, so an hour's trip to the nearest town on badly potholed minor roads. Pretty vile sewage smell in the corridors. But rooms large, clean, some mosquito proofing, toilet paper (on request). Food basic (no where else to eat). Great as a school outward bound base (its main use). Looks close to sights, but is not, due to gradients, poor roads and a big valley with few crossing points
