I suggested that Mana should add more lighting to the rooms for better accommodation.

PSU is within walking distance. There was a large balcony that would have been nice, but it was covered in pigeon droppings (see picture). I couldn’t sleep even with earplugs because each night a different room had noisy people. The first night when people were screaming, I went down to the reception (there was no telephone in the room) to find someone who could ask the noisy guests to keep it down, but the reception was closed. I texted the number provided with the booking, and they texted back the next morning that guests should find the security guard at night. (But I couldn’t find anyone downstairs). During the 5‑day stay, my room wasn’t made up, and they didn’t provide more toilet paper, water or soap after the initial portion. The elevator rang continually, people were yelling at their phones in the corridor, and there was a really disruptive noise that I first thought to be a gokart (?), but then I realized it was the cleaning cart being dragged (even though my room wasn’t cleaned for 5 days). No hair dryer or kettle in the room.

The room was clean, the bed was large and comfortable. At check‑in the first room’s air conditioner was not cool; I told the staff and they acted quickly and swapped me to the next room. The air conditioner was cool overall, the staff were friendly, and the location was very close to all the spots. Before guests check in, please make sure all equipment is in good condition – that’s all.
