“Muy contentos”

We were 8 people and the house turned out to be very comfortable and spacious. Finding it was easy, it also had convenient access, with both interior and exterior free parking. The garden is amazing for hosting barbecues, and inside the living room there’s space for all of us to eat or dine if the weather is bad. It was cold so we couldn’t enjoy the pool, but it looked good. The game room is very complete too; darts, ping‑pong, billiards, foosball… We came with a large dog and never had any problems. The kitchen has everything needed and the bathrooms too. Finally, the owner was very kind, kept an eye on us at all times, gave us recommendations, brought us water bottles because of a rain‑caused outage, and brought us some cakes… Everything was fantastic during our stay in Padiernos.

“100% recomendada”

The house sits just a few minutes' drive from Avila’s center, in a small, quiet village. The owner is very friendly and attentive, even bringing us two pastries as a welcome. The property has everything needed for an ideal stay, is clean and tidy. The indoor game area—pool, foosball, ping‑pong, and karaoke—made rainy days more pleasant and fun. There’s a barbecue and a pool, though we didn’t use the pool because it was winter. Private parking is available. Nothing to complain about.

“Casa acogedora y el mejor anfitrión!”

We had an amazing stay at this cozy rural house - it's perfect for a getaway from the city. The place is fully furnished, warm, and comfy, with lovely details like a decorated garden and interior for Christmas. We enjoyed the barbecue and games area, and the owner, Señor Amalio, was super helpful and kind, even surprising us with delicious homemade cakes from his wife.

This house is ideal for a few days with friends or family - it's got everything you need and the owner has clearly put thought into making your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Amalio is a great host and we'd definitely recommend it - it's a really welcoming place.
