The staff were helpful and courteous, but there was no pool as advertised, water damage on all floors, sagging, an old mattress, and there was a lot of construction on the floor above early in the day.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to the friendly and accommodating staff at the front desk. The breakfast options were impressive, with a wide variety of choices that were both delicious and warm. However, I did feel that the overall experience was slightly marred by a few minor issues.

I was thoroughly impressed with the spacious room and the convenience of having a kitchenette, which made my stay feel like a home away from home. However, I was disappointed to discover that the hotel's pet policy was not clearly advertised, and I wish I had known about it earlier so I could have brought my pet along.
