“Unique experience that is definitely not for everyone”

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The communication was excellent, and I thoroughly enjoyed the food trucks and live music. However, the yacht itself was older than I expected, with visible rust and some broken pieces. Unfortunately, the toilet didn't work as promised, and the window above the main bed leaked during the rain, leaving the bed wet by nightfall. Additionally, the creaking and banging noises from the boat made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

“We enjoyed the unique experience and the friendliness of the other boaters in the community”

My stay at this unique hotel was enjoyable, thanks to its great location and the presence of food trucks. However, I had some issues with the temperature in my room, which was very cold, and I struggled to figure out how to turn off the air conditioning in the master bedroom. With a bit more guidance, I think this hotel could be even more comfortable.

“STAY AWAY”

I was initially drawn to the location, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by a series of issues. The property didn't live up to the pictures, which seemed outdated and misleading. The living and kitchen areas had non-functional lights, and the TV didn't work. I attempted to get a refund, but the host stopped responding and claimed they couldn't help. I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed.

Staying on the water was a highlight of my trip, but unfortunately, the hotel room had some significant drawbacks. The toilet had a terrible smell, and there was no water in it, making it unbearable to use. It was a shame, as the location and the experience of being on the water had so much potential.

“Not a good experience!!”

I appreciated the helpful staff and the presence of food trucks in the area, but unfortunately, the hotel itself needs a lot of upgrades. The window blinds, door blinds, furniture, and bedding all looked outdated, and the air conditioning units were not sufficient for the hot Florida climate. With some modernization, this hotel could be a real gem.
