The breakfast buffet was plentiful and the host was courteous. They offered a bike storage option and free parking. In the garage, there was no way to hook bikes to wall hooks, so the locks provided little theft protection. Beds are too short for people over 2 m, so I definitely used a double bed and lay diagonally.

The room was large, well‑maintained, clean, and had a great view; the staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was super tasty and fresh, and the ski lift was just a few steps away. The only downside was the carpeted floor in the room.

The room was great, the bathroom and large balcony were nice, the view was beautiful, and the summer map for the whole area was included. Breakfast was excellent, and the owners’ family was especially kind—just ask, and they answered everything thoroughly and arranged things for you. Parking was right outside the door or a bit further for cars. There’s also a sauna, though we didn’t use it. The hotel is a one‑minute walk from the three gondolas, and bus or metro stops for other villages are right at the door. The only issue was that, although we’re not smokers, we felt everyone should know that smoking isn’t allowed inside, yet early in the morning smoke drifted in through open windows and doors because people were smoking on the balconies.

The couple running the hotel—probably the owners, I didn’t ask—were absolutely fantastic. I had such a great time chatting with them every morning at breakfast; they seemed eager to help. The place was spotless and the location brilliant. I didn’t catch his name, but he genuinely made someone who knew nothing about the area feel welcome, like a friend. He’s a credit to humanity.

The staff were very nice. The owner personally took care of us and fulfilled our wishes. The hotel and the room were very clean, and the breakfast buffet was abundant and fresh. A separate garage was available for bikes. We highly recommend Hotel Panorama and would gladly return. Nothing negative came up.
