The location was very good, the apartment was clean and well maintained, and the distinctive décor definitely adds authenticity and charm :). There is a balcony where you can sit and spend an evening. The side lighting is good and the owner is nice. Unfortunately, the website says breakfast is included and shows photos of a full fridge, but at the property breakfast cost 10 euros per person and the sweets cost 5 euros per person, though the owner, surprised by our reaction, agreed to give us the sweets for free. The kitchen was unexpectedly unavailable, so making hot breakfasts on your own was not possible. The site also describes a “nice view,” but the view is of the parking lot and tracks, which is fine but worth noting. The owner of the property asked us to rate 10, which I personally find unprofessional. She also deleted her own WhatsApp messages with those requests, which was unsettling. Regarding extra fees, I recommend checking them during booking because they are quite high (16€ per night per person), which includes an air‑conditioning fee that must be paid even if it’s not used :((

The owner was very accommodating and helpful. Thanks to that, our stay was comfortable. Her pleasant mood and energy made our visit to Rome more enjoyable. She is supportive, empathetic, and cares about her guests. We were satisfied.

Everything was fantastic, Angie was super friendly and everything was very clean, and there was plenty of storage space too. Even though it's a bit farther from the center, the transport links are good with several buses and trams right next door.

The flat was spotless and tidy, and the commute to the center was great. The owner was wonderful and welcomed us wonderfully.
