Nothing positive. The booking was cancelled due to lack of staff. Then we had to wait a very long time for a refund, finally getting a response after five contacts. Very disappointing.

The hotel had been closed for a while. We arrived to a closed hotel and were not informed, so we had to scramble to find another place to stay. We were not informed in a timely manner that the hotel was closed.

I was impressed by the beautiful view and the modern air conditioning in the room, plus the beds were comfortable. I did wish there were a few extra towels and the bathroom mirror was in an awkward spot.

We booked three apartments as a “base camp” for the F1 in Spa, and the interlocking doors let us treat them as one large unit, which was fantastic. The rooms were freshly renovated, simple yet fully equipped, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend this beautifully located hotel, though the WiFi could use a speed boost.

The location is great, the view is magnificent, the room comes with a balcony, and the staff are very friendly 😊
