I stayed here for the second time and it didn’t disappoint—service and comfort remain consistently excellent, making it feel like a reliable home away from home every visit.

The sleeping mattress and pillow could be improved, the soap and shampoo quality was poor, it was T20 time, sport channels were not coming, and given the money charged we expected the sport channel to be on.

The hotel is near my office location, but the service is not up to the mark; I asked the staff to issue a separate breakfast bill with the stay bill for reimbursement, they denied it and told me to take food directly from the restaurant to get a bill, even though the booking mentioned that paying an extra 350 would include breakfast, yet they claim they cannot provide a separate bill for that 350 breakfast.
