I was pleased with the room’s condition and the owners’ service, but the lack of a name board for the BNB and no buzzer outside made it hard to access the property; I waited about 10 minutes in the evening shouting for entry because the car’s horn wasn’t audible, compromising safety—adding a gate buzzer would help alert reception.

The location was fine and the microwave and stove were fast and handy, and the electric gate made parking convenient, but the flat itself was problematic: the shower was awkward to use, forcing an uncomfortable stance, its design was unattractive, there was only one ventilation window near the bathroom, and the sliding doors felt unsafe when locked because they were weak.
