The tube access was convenient and the price matched the stay; the staff were helpful, but the shower didn’t drain—after four people showered you ended up standing in a warm pool of water left by the previous guests.

The location was good, but cleanliness was doubtful: the main stairs smelled bad, the room had a lot of dust and the floor wasn’t cleaned, towels were dirty, and in October the room was very hot without AC, which was unbearable; the AC itself was disgusting, lighting was terrible with overly bright side lights and one non‑working lamp, and the bathroom had mold.

The location was great and the staff were friendly, but getting to our apartment was a nightmare—elevator stopped on a floor and you had to disembark to descend half a floor, which was confusing and unpleasant; the room maintenance was awful, with peeling shower fixtures, rust‑free hoses, and many other issues; the bed was uncomfortable and the TV was very old.
