“Satisfatório”
The reception area was clean, but the breakfast room lacked ventilation, making it very stuffy, and the coffee options were limited.

The staff were friendly and well‑trained, but the towels had a bad smell, the shower was too hot, the double room had a single‑bed blanket, and the elevator was broken.

The room was super comfy and spotless, but the spot is a nightmare when traffic hits. Getting in and out feels like a maze.
