What I liked most was the cleaning lady’s attitude, but the buffet was awful, dinner was terrible, breakfast was just as bad with no variety, and if you arrived late you’d be eating leftovers.

“Cheap not cheerful, but friendly staff.”

I booked one night only, it was cheap and included breakfast, and the hotel’s in the old town where we wanted to stay. Breakfast was fine because it was included. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The hotel is rated two stars, which seems questionable. It’s very basic, fine for a single night but I wouldn’t stay longer. The room has minimal facilities: a comfortable double bed, one bedside table, and a chair that can be used on the other side. There’s a socket in the middle of the wall above the bed, useless for charging phones, and two sockets by a small desk. The wall TV was impressive, but my laptop is bigger. The bathroom had a good shower, but only one small light above the sink, making the space dark and useless for seeing properly; there was no light above the shower itself. The location is deceptive because it’s on a side street we didn’t realize how noisy it would be in the early hours. The paper‑thin walls didn’t help, letting us hear the loud noise in the neighboring room, so I didn’t sleep at all.

“Good location, nice staff, hotel dated, better offering from competitors around the area. Wouldn’t stay again.”

The location was great and the staff were friendly and nice, but the room felt dated, the shower head malfunctioned until it was fixed after reporting, the walls had paint issues, and the walls were so thin that we could hear other guests all night and the housekeepers in the morning.

“Ok but wouldn’t return”

The rooms were very clean but extremely basic, and the reception staff were miserable, noisy, and also very basic.
