The room was spacious and the location was convenient, but the breakfast was neither convenient nor friendly, and the promotion that added it to the room felt misleading because we were actually charged for it.

The hotel was near restaurants. I had to change rooms 3 times because the bathrooms were visibly dirty and so were the sheets

The comfort was good, but there was a lot of trash around and the staff ignored it; when I asked for towels at the pool they took too long to bring them.

The rooms were spotless and the beds super comfy, the check‑in staff were very friendly, and the fresh‑made omelet for breakfast was delicious; the on‑site Starbucks coffee was a nice touch. The only downside was the bugs in the pool at night, which made the kids refuse to swim because it felt too “dirty.”
