The hotel sits in a central spot, near all amenities, and is spotless. Owner Thomas was super kind, helpful, and extremely pleasant. I will definitely return.

The place is centrally located near the best parts of The Old Quarter and walking or riding takes you to all other attractions; the architecture is pleasing and very Hanoi‑like. We liked the local and travel tips and the booking help from Charm. The only downside was that there was no breakfast, but it’s very close to great breakfast, brunch, and dinner spots of all kinds.
