Everything was great, especially the staff who were all very friendly. The only downside was that there was just one restaurant in the hotel, and it got pretty noisy at night.

The location and the restaurant were good, but the air‑conditioners weren’t turned on before guests arrived while the city was at 36 °C. That prevented us from checking that they worked, as happened to me; after reporting it, they reluctantly changed my room.

I booked this hotel for the pool temperature, but to my surprise the pool was out of service for no reason; if there’s a problem, they might fix it during the night.

The facilities, room, and gym were excellent, but the room was booked in dollars via Booking, and the hotel applied a more expensive exchange rate, which felt very rude because it raised the price by a noticeable percentage. I recommend the hotel use the current day’s exchange rate so the charge is more honest.
